Have they no thought about creating a new philosophy, solving someone's social problem?

Mmmm speed drives everything on, the wheel so we could do thing's faster, telecommunications to send messages faster, dial up - broadband - fiber etc, all faster than the last.
Engines/electric, suspension all developed by speed, we live in a world where everyone want's stuff faster, When I had my first printer years ago it was marvelous but I'd never put up with how slow it was then, 20 years later I don't even want to wait as it goes through its diagnostic checks

A bit like any solo challenge then? The benefit is the adrenaline rush. You wouldn't enjoy the IoM TT then.

I enjoy speed. I like to arrive before I've left so these days buy stuff that will enable me to only go slowly

When I posted this it was not so say "old news" but more "have they dug up the project again ?" In the back of mind mind, from watching the videos a while ago, I got the impression all was not well.

Its either something you feel the need for or not.
I really dislike football and all the stuff that goes with it.. I simply do not 'get' the fervour and passion connected to the game

All I can say is, it would be a very boring world if we were all the same
