Faro Tour

Flights booked to Faro late September for 10 days. Plan is to hire a MH and tour the Algarve region. Looking for recommendations for an itinerary spending a couple of days at each site. Long term plan is to bring my own MH down for an extended stay. I have spent some time looking S4S but would appreciate personal recommendations.

Any input most welcome.

Sounds like a nice plan.

The Algarve isn't very long, you can drive from east to west in around an hour, but there is plenty to see.

You will find a mix of campsites, aires and Easy Camp (like our Brit Stops or France Passion). We've only stayed at Camping Ria Formosa in the east and Turiscampo in the west. Very different campsites but great for exploring contrasting locations.

There is plenty of info on this forum to help you. Have fun planning.

That must be using the motorway and going faster than I would drive my motorhome!

It's 160 kms...

Sorry for confusion. You are correct, that is on the motorway and more than an hour. (I must not look at the forum just before I go to bed!!)
