Extra worktop space !

Hi IRHP I to have a Adria Coral with the same headrest set up and was thinking of something very similar to your fitting, how is the board secured to the headrest rods as it seems to go up with headrests ? Many Thanks !

IRHP are you abl to open the lid of the hob with the shelf in place, or do you have to raise the shelf first?

Thanks
Derry
No the lid can be lifted as seen on post 24 that’s why there is a cut out section on the shelf. I only slid it up to show how to get at the buttons to remove the headrests and show the cut out recesses for those buttons

It isn’t secured to the headrests. They can go up and down without the shelf, it just sits on the bulkhead. I only lifted the shelf to show the underside. Because the legs are a neat fit in the holes of the shelf that stops it all moving when it is in place.

If your budget will extend to it look into Lagun Table Mount. You will need to provide your own surface but this is an incredibly flexible system. But very pricey.
Cheapest one I have found is this one.

Look on youtube for examples of install ideas.

Thanks for your swift response. Have you come up with a similar solution for a micro wave ?

No but I saw on another group that someone had removed the tv bracket from the cupboard above the fridge and installed one there. I'll try to live without one. I quite like the tv out of the road when not in use.
