Extending wiring between Victron 100/30 & solar panel / batteries

Just because of the angle of where the victron is the original 6 wires (from solar panel & 2 the batteries) need to be extended by about 6 inches. Anyone know what mm2 wires would be the same as the current ones please? I'm thinking 2.5mm2?

Standard solar panel wiring is usually 4mm2 or 6mm2.
