Arriving on overnight ferry to hook of Holland for 2 week tour of Netherlands . Apart from Amsterdam, keukenhof & flower parade we look forward to visiting quieter areas & exploring ! Advice on aires / stelplatz or small sites/ farm stays please and easy access to public transport for the less able please

Naarden Marina worth a stay and the town is worth an explore and 20 mins public transport to Amsterdam, also Gouda Parking Klein Amerika right in centre of town 8 euros a night and parking for 28 motorhomes

It's nearly all quiet unless high season or special holidays. Transport is very good though we paid just over €5 per person each way for an approx 2 mile journey into Delft last summer.

If you like small farm type camping, check out SVR camping (svr.nl)there are sites everywhere, most with at least 6amp electric and good shower/ toilet facilities, usually very good free WiFi too. If you join for €15 you get 1€ or €2 per night off fees so pays for itself. Most are easily bookable by email and perfect English is widely spoken.
