You can't beat a Burstner.
Do you need two doubles? Think of the weight. Where do you and the TV sit? Are you happy and fit enough to climb up into bed. Will you have climb over each other to get out? How will you use it the most?
I'm in the fixed rear bed camp and use the captain seats turned around to sit at the table.

The Viseo 1700 was offered to me a couple of years ago and we didn't go ahead with it because of the need to either make up a bed each night or to be back to a clamber over one another if we went back to a transverse double.

The other draw back was a fairly poor amount of kitchen worktop in the Galley kitchen, lovely van mind you, just not for us.

As popeye posts , are you looking to making a bed each night or using the overcab climb up into bed , Burstner are a good make , and base vehicle is well tried, as there arent many choices in reality .
If you want two lounges , one at each end seems to be the only real selling point on this layout JMHO .

Hi & thanks for your swift replies:)

We have hired several times & after much looking & trying decided we prefer the drop down bed & rear lounge over raised twins at rear over a garage- this being important to us.
We are both fit & healthy & plan to be cycling a lot - hence we prefer the garage.
We love to chill out with a glass somewhere comfy
Will be just the 2 of us - & Louie the dog - so plenty of room - we would like to know if there are any pitfalls to look out for when buying this model secondhand?
