On the booking form they ask you if you are carrying bikes or roofboxes .Is this something that that they charge extra for even if its within the length that you have paid for? Has any other members been pulled and asked to pay extra?

No extra charge from my experience. They need the height and length so they know where to put you . Eg how many they can get nose to tail in a carriage . Also to make sure you don't get put on the car carriage, double decker
