This relates to the old adys when all mtorhomes and Campers went at the same price. They now need to ammend your stored vehicles with the length including racks ect.
I called Eurotunnel who made the appropriate entry on my account.

Booked last week, I didn’t have to change anything on my saved vehicle

My account saved vehicle info is still there.

The only thing you have might to add come booking time is any extra items attached to the roof or rear which will affect the dimensions.

I didn't realise size of vehicle made any difference to price of motorhomes

When the Frequent Traveller scheme was working all motorhomes and campervans were charged a flat rate regardless of size, dimensions were not added on saved vehicles. Only when the scheme ended were dimensions needed. Booking with the CAMC dimensions are saved with the club .
