Read on another site today that as from 5/3/25 if you want to change a Eurotunnel booking online there will be a £20 charge..They only used to charge if you rang to change..Charging for on line ammendments seems a rp off to me.BUSBY.

Wow, that's disappointing and a retrograde customer service step.

It used to be just one of the advantages of the tunnel, that dates could be changed online without an admin fee.

Well, when making our way through France between 18th and 28th March gone, due to the sh1t weather I brought our crossing forward twice, at no charge for the different crossing times, and no amendment fee.

I booked through CAMC they have a £20 amendment charge, but also a 20% discount

My reply was based on the information you presented in your post yesterday at 19.35hrs, as quoted below.

I would possibly not have replied at all, had I been aware of the additional information posted at 11.00hrs today.

I did find this, but can't see a date on which it came into force.

Could that be 3 May and the American way of month / day / year been put down instead of our more logical day / month / year?

Then if that's the case now don't forget to use their complaints system if your booked crossing is delayed. I've done it twice now and received vouchers both times for use on future crossings.
