It is one of the Thames tunnels that has flooded not the Eurotunnel so hopefully the shuttle service should be ok.

People used to be able to catch the train in Kent, is that no longer an opportunity in an emergency like this?

Thames Water engineers are attending. Makes me wonder what is flooding the tunnel?
If Thames Water is as bad as our local water company I have my suspicions. We are now well past month 3 of a pretty big water leak locally. They came out dug up the road and had traffic lights for 2-3 weeks. Didn't fix it but caused loads of pot holes.
Potholes repaired badly, now the water leak is happening on both sides of the road and running down the hill in a little stream.

Does this mean it has become S*** Creek and they need a paddle? Or is it fresh water?
Looks like fresh water, 4" pipe I would guess from vid.
Why they don't just turn the water off and let the trains keep going is beyond me.

It is Thames Water, they probably decided to save money and not bother with a valve to turn it off. Might have to shut down the supply to most of London.
