European trip - single list of rules and regs.

I'm mid planning a trip that is going through Holland, Belguim, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. I'm over 3.5T and discovering rules around speed stickers, ULEZ zones, vignettes and Tolls.
It feels like an absolute minefield and it's starting to make my brain hurt. There's lots of helpful stuff out there but it tends to be "travel tips for Germany" etc. They're great but i'm getting overloaded now.
Is there a single place, document or spreadsheet with the different rules etc. that anyone knows of that i can look at and simply organise myself without going trying to do it piecemeal?

There’s no one size fits all, over 3.5t as we are it’s a nightmare, go box this, dars go that, not to mention Czech Bulgaria Slovakia and Poland

However, it contains the passage:-

'If the country you are visiting is not on the list use the 'driving advice for every country in Europe' widget to your right (at the bottom of the article on mobile) to find the right country. '

I cannot find the article on mobile. Can anybody help please?
