European Toll charges

Hi guys, I travelled to Greece last summer and couldn't work out how to find toll roads and their prices until I was literally about to enter the road. I travelled from Innsbruck to Ancona @ £30.00. During this trip, I stopped twice at service stations and noticed they have superb facilities for motorhomes including the ability to dump toilet waste, fill up with water, and free electricity, this kind of justified the toll prices.

Is there a European map available that points out the toll roads and prices?

Does anyone have any advice on this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think the online Michelin map will give toll info on costs but I've never used it.
I prefer the TomTom or Google maps just selecting a toll or non toll route depending on how I feel.

We did Calais to northern Spain last October it cost us €174 class 2
