Escape rear view monitor loose

My rear view camera monitor is loose and I can't find how to tighten it. The whole think moves on the windscreen so I'm asuming there's something stuck to the window inside the bracket and a fixing of some sort inside the bracket which needs tightening. Have tried all I can think of to get the thing off the window to tighten it up but no joy, can anyone help? It's a Swift Escape standard factory fitment and replaces what would have been the interior mirror

Also, I have connected the van to my wireless network at home but nothing happens when software update selected even though the dash is telling me there's and update available to install whenever I switch the ignition on. (2023 Swift Escape)

Is it a fiat Ducato base vehicle and a Ducato windscreen ?

There is a bonded on mount to the screen. The mirror slides upward and off

Is there nothing to press to allow the upward movement or is it just brute force needed?

Just a shove and up and off it comes. Easy. Not tight in my experience

My rear camera monitor just had spring clips attaching it to the Fiat mirror
