That's it...
I have had enough.
It's been relatively cold at Quinta Majay these last few days.
The plan was that, with my new heating system, I would be able to withstand the cold in central Portugal better than usual and, despite using much more gas, I could afford it easily because I would be saving money spent on parking fees in the Algarve.
Last night I had to put on a new gas cylinder after only six days! That is nearly €6 per day!
The ground was covered in frost this morning and the tops of my ears felt cold when I went outside.
That's it.
I'm going down to the Algarve where it is around 5° warmer and a tad sunnier than QMJ.
So I am at my "local" garage having a service on the van (oil, filters, radiator flushed etc.) then I'll pop down the road to my former place of work (Estudio 33) to collect my latest Temu package which arrived yesterday and then it is onto the motorway and heading south to the sun.
Keep safe and warm everyone.
JJ
