Emission Sticker Requirements Italy and Austria (1 Viewer)

Are there any emission sticker requirements for Italy and Austria for a 3950kg motorhome (Euro 6)? We already have a rather faded Crib Air 2 for France and a green German sticker is inbound.
As far as I can see from reading, there are certain urban and motorway restrictions only but I may well be wrong.

No emissions sticker needed for Austria, only lorries and commercial vehicles need one. Italy you don't need one either as far as I know.

When I tried to plot a route to Northern Italy via Austria and Switzerland it was very difficult to do without using motorways. I know there are Funsters who have posted routes through but you only have to be diverted onto a motorway ( as happened to us in Lichtenstein) and you get done.

I gave up. Their loss.
