EM 40

Hello I know this has been covered before but I have just checked my em40 and the green plug is fried.The fridge does not work on 12 volt which so far hasn't been a big deal as the fridge keeps cold if we dont open the door until we arrive on site and plug in. My question is if I dont switch on the 12 power while driving is it safe. And I have attached some photos as to the wiring what I dont understand is reading other answers it refers to black and white wire I dont seem to have these and 2 yellow /red's from the green plug. I really am at a loss so any advise would be really appreciated. David

You could try also removing the fridge 20amp fuse on the EM40 which I think should isolate the green plug . ( I think there are black and white cables involved ,but only when the black fridge out plug on EM40 is also used ,depending on fridge type/size )
