I think I would be asking Citizens Advice. I wouldn't be accepting paying for a known fault. Please keep us posted and

Someone may be able to give targeted advice of you could describe the problem exactly. Is it one that gets fixed and goes wrong again or multiple problems. ?
I do feel sorry for you and your troubles with what I would describe as still a new MH

Gissa clue and briefly describe the electrical issues and which pieces of equipment are affected as it may influence how to proceed.

The latest problems are the fridge is draining battery when traveling and the 240 lead inside m/h is burning where it plugs into a type of junction box (flat oblong plate where all240 wires plug into) it does not have a consumer unit like British m/hs the multi plug behind fridge I found was also burning the last time it was back in ( may) this year they renewed leisure battery and solar regulator also checked all wiring problem free for2 weeks I wish

Which battery is the fridge draining, the leisure or the cab battery,

If you originally claimed while in warranty, they can't now say it's not covered.

Is it the same problem reoccurring or different ones each time?
Think I would be fitting a small consumer unit myself for my own peace of mind.

One possibility where the fridge could drain the leisure battery is if the power from the alternator is not getting through to the 12V distribution box when the engine is running. Maybe a blown fuse or bad connection. If it's never worked properly from new, it could be a wiring mistake in manufacture. The fridge could be automatically switching to 12V mode, but the only power it can get is from the leisure battery. The alternator is supposed to power the fridge and also charge the leisure battery, when the engine is running.

I find it difficult to believe that a 2022 motorhome hasn't got mains protection devices, usually at least a couple of trip switch units, such as an RCD and an MCB. Are you sure it's not hidden away somewhere? They should be quite near the 240V mains inlet socket.

Do you have the make/model of the 12V distribution/fuse box? You could even post a picture of it. These boxes are often common to other brands of motorhome, so someone might recognise it.
