Hi everyone, new motorhome owner here and this is my first question on this forum! Likely to be one of many!
Our rear electric drop down bed will not come down fully- it will only come down half way.
Can’t find any solutions on any websites- can anyone help please? Xx

It's supposed to be like this
But it may have a 'high' and 'low' setting.

The high setting is so the underside can still be used, and other occupants can get the the end.

Press the button again and see if if will go to the 'low' setting

Welcome to the Fun House

When you say it won't come down fully are you sure that half way down isn't fully down? Was the bed demonstrated to you before purchase and did it come down further then?

No it is meant to go all the way down. Unfortunately our handover was diabolical so we’ve had to figure a lot out ourselves!

It just stops half way down.

We have the same bed in a bailey 694. The bed can be programmed to stop in various positions, usually half way or fully down. As mentioned, try pressing again. Our handbook explains how to reset but it went a bit over my head.

We’ve dug out the manual again and managed to sort it! Very confusing instructions but done.
