Elddis accordo 105
I have a elddis accordo 105 and the waterheater goes into fault when I use another 240v system appliance I can reset it but goes again when switching something else on the fault code is 2 bars can anyone help

Regretfully we need more information if not to send you chasing multiple wild geese.

Is it a Trauma water heater.if so, what model? what is the fault code on the panel, or does the panel go blank?

What are you doing to reset it? If the RCD, what is it's rating? Ditto if it's a MCB dropping? If unsure, please post some photos. Please note you only get 5 posts before having to subscribe, so get as much information into the post as you can, or spend the best value £20 you will ever spend and subscribe anyway.

Hi there and welcome

So it runs normally on 240v as long as nothing else is on?

When it trips does the other 240v item stay on?

I agree to ring Whale. I wonder if the reset is held in electrically and turning another device on drops the voltage sufficiently for it to pop out. That being the case, have a good look at all the connections including any earth on the water heater. If a earth or neutral connection is poor, it could conceivably create the symptoms you are seeing. However a call to Whale is more likely to yield a result.
