EHU pay with smartphone

Just rang a site I normally go to and they say they have just installed EHU bollards that you pay for with a smartphone ,as anyone come across these?

Yes, sort of, in Germany.
We stayed on a Stellplatz in Bamberg where you could pay either in €2 coins, or by card, which in our case is card on a phone.

In our road in London, many of the lamp posts have been converted so they now have a car charging point in the base.
You pay using and app on the phone which has a QR code on the particular lamp post you are plugged into.

Given the number of EV's that will be arriving at camp sites in the next few years, sooner of later every camp site is going to have to find a way to meter/charge for Electrical usage on top of the site fee.
