I have an Ee card in a HUAWEI b535 router.
Works well until I take the sim out to use in the phone, then when I put it back in the router it won’t connect to the internet.
Motorhome Wi-Fi say I have to force a ipv6? To make it work.
When I am at home my neighbour gets his laptop and sorts it, but I don’t have a laptop or the know how when I’m away.
Is there any other router which I can put in my Ee ,take it out and use o2 without loosing the will to live

I’m using an RWG sim [ee) in my B535 and not had a problem when I swap sims.
I don’t know what the ipv is.
This the network page for mine

Maybe worth trying to add another profile and choose ipv6

In the profiles maybe you have to select EE or O2 manually
I’m using the 192.168.8.1 web page

I have recently had a problem with my Popit SIM also on EE worked faultlessly in April but this week despite not being removed from my Teltonica RUT 850 would not allow any data, the router reported SIM ok but data switched off, the popit SIM worked fine in a phone or tablet, and Vodphone, three, and O2 Sims worked fine in the router, after umpteen resets and trying to figure out what had changed in the router settings between April and May I gave up and ordered a Kuma router this connects fine.

This is all done on my iPad
Search for Huawei router home page, 192.168.8.1 and log in (password on rear of router.
Then go to network settings and click on profiles +

Then enter details

Then select Ipv 4/6 and select -set to default

Try this and see what you get. IMG_1893.png

Ask EE for their cheapest data only sim and leave it in the router, gifting data to it from your phone sim as required. That’s what we do and it works great.
It’s working now thanks to mAvic
The problem was when no Ee signal I put in o2 card then Ee wouldn’t work afterwards
