Last segment on Sunday night’s Top Gear led by Paddy McGuiness. Best thing I’ve seen on the programme and not a dry eye in the house by the end.

Watch it on BBC iPlayer etc. if you missed it, you won’t be disappointed.

I caught it by accident and yes, very good. Except maybe Paddy going a bit over the top with his cheering at the stunt show.

I am usually crocheting or half messing around on my tablet when Top Gear is on, but crochet got put down , I have to say it was one of the best things that I've seen for a long time, so well reaserched and presented, totally honest and factual but oh so human, I'm not always a fan of Paddy's but he earned my respect in that program, and a tissue was needed. Excellent.

I stopped watching it. But decided to watch this one. Thank you so much. Brilliant.

That jump would never have happened today landing on an uphill slope was never going to end well , it was sad to see him like he is though good to see he has the same sense of humour

I can watch it on catch up.
How far through do I need to fast forward?

Not in the top ten for me. Nice tribute but went on far too long, could have removed a lot of the ‘look at me’ McGuiness ‘ stuff.
As others have said, landing on that hill was a very poor decision with tragic consequences.

Talking to his mechanic he basically said that Eddie knew it wasn't going to go well but he had agreed to do it, sad really.

Very sad indeed , sounds like he didn't want to lose face in front of thousands of bikers and paid for it with the rest of his life.

The people around him should've stopped it really , it's not as if he turned up for a day out and somebody said do you fancy a go at this.
