EC300 Control Panel - Tank Heater?

Hi,

Finally took the plunge and purchased an Auto Trail Apache 634U 2011 on Monday!
Was worried about driving it due to the size but by the time I'd been driving it home for an hour and a half it felt great

First question:
On the EC300 Control Panel, whilst scrolling through the options, I came across a Tank Heater setting, i.e. on or off.
Does this definitely mean I have one installed, and I assume it's to protect against frost when using the van in the winter?
The previous owner didn't think one was installed but hadn't tried to use it anyway. We'd like to use the van in winter so it would be useful if there was one I guess...

Thanks for any advice on this. We're looking to go away tomorrow, locally, for a couple of nights to try it out. Excited!

No it doesn't mean you have them. Ring Auto Trail with your build number, it's written in your electrics locker, they'll ring you back with a definitive answer. We have the same info on our panel in the Tracker.
