I want to remove and utilise the split charge cable to the engine battery and connect to a Victron DC to DC to my new 200amp Lithium

When i did it i just removed the fuse for charging the liesure battery and left the starter one as it was. The EBL will continue to supply a trickle charge to the starter battery. You might have to upgrade cable to liesure battery depending on your new charger

Sorry missed the B2B bit. You can still leave the starter as is but you will needed to run thicker cable to the B2B.

Hi, how long is the cable run?

Do you have pictures where you want stuff to go?

You can disconnect the EBL and use that wire, but it will affect other things, just pulling the fuse as others have suggested and wiring new cables in will make it an easier install in most cases.

The existing starter battery cable that goes into the back of the EBL goes to the B2B instead. New cables are required from the B2B to the leisure battery. You’ll need to fuse the + cable at the leisure battery.

Whether you can use the existing starter battery cable depends on how many amps your B2B produces, the size of the cable and the length of the cable. A 30A B2B can probably use the existing cable but anything higher will probably need a new cable.
