I am in South Africa, living in a custom-built motor home with an E & P levelling system. On Sunday evening, when I arrived at my parking spot, the manual button was not working as it usually does and the levellers would not come down. I usually use the manual option as I like to raise the front higher than the back to avoid rainwater sitting on the roof - any help will be greatly appreciated. I have been living in the motor home for 10 years, and this is the first time I have ever experienced problems

The E&P system has a fuse next to the pump unit and fluid reservoir, normally removing the 20 amp blade fuse next to the pump for 30 seconds and then replacing cures any problems.

Have you tried pressing the small button on the rear of the remote, or failing that I believe you can push the button in the centre of the remote docking station. I have never had to do that, but have read somewhere this can reset the system.

We were shown two small buttons in the rear of the docking station. One to raise and the other to lower, to be used if the remote isn’t working. Luckily never needed to use them yet.
