Hayes Leisure at Wednesbury are pretty helpful, either Tina and/or Mrs Hayes are usually there on Reception and they are JUST the sort of people who would empathise, if nothing else!

If it's any help, the release in our Pilote is on the brackets, which if you pull the front bit of, separate from the part fastened to the wall, and thus release the bar that holds the voiles.

If its anything like our welcome85 you'll need to unscrew the wooden 'holders' from inside the cupboard

Our Welcome 27 has screws on the inside of the cupboard that have to be removed to take the curtains down
