Ducato sheepskins for seat covers?

Nope, don't remember having a look at your shaggy ones, mind you my memory is pretty bad at the best of times, but being allowed onboard a Hymer, I'm sure would have been indelibly imprinted in my memory. :giggle:
I am not sure we would have let you inside the hallowed halls Paul, but I thought we let you peer in through the windscreen ........ :ROFLMAO:

Update on Skyeskyns
Sent e-mail request to them last week, asking when availability of 2 Cappuccino Large seat covers would be in stock as website says "Unavailable"
Just had an answer today, asking us to send a further request in 2 months time as their team are still on furlough.
Ah well will have to wait I guess, or try somewhere else, as my bum does get sore after 3/4 hours driving the van.

Yea Thanks Mate
I followed your link just now, and ended up on FleaBay, just ordered two rugs from Acorn_Leather for £72.10. Had to be careful to get the longer length though as some are 90cm long but we wanted the 105cm with 60/65 width.
Should arrive Wednesday they reckon, but they look great in pictures and should be a lot better on a long run in the van. TinaL is going to sew in thick black elastic ties with Velcro joiner in the middle, should we need to, but who knows? they might just stay put by tucking them under the headrest.
Cheers for now.

We can highly recommend sheepskins,
The Dunhelm ones are good value, we use them everywhere at home , in the van , in camping chairs etc

I've no need for sheepskins in the van as our leather Hymer seats really are the most comfortabliest vehicle seats I have ever sat on but last October we got a new leather suite from DFS with electric recliners which has been a big disappointment to me. We spent many hours trawling the shops trying to find just the right 3 and 2 seater settees and we thought we had really cracked it, but £3,000 later I find that unless I jam my bum right back on the cushion within an hour I can feel a wooden plank below me. If I slide down with the recliner the plank makes its presence felt earlier and I have to get up every now and then to shake off the numb bum syndrome. I have since looked at a few other suites with recliners and found the same plank across all of them so it seems to be a design thing.

Anyway, back to the question. Would a nice fluffy sheepskin be nice to sit on for a few hours each night and would it stop me having thoughts of driving to DFS in the dead of night and throwing the settees through their shop window?

Why didn't you wait for the DFS sale to start?
Such a shame though, when you did all you thought necessary before choosing them, better luck next time.(y)

Right. After a few emails to Poland, I hopefully have 2 doubles, each about 180cm long sort of coming this way.

They are non-dyed naturals, shaggy and browns in colour. All in price including delivery from the tannery shop, £115. (Payment via PayPal). They may end up looking a little ‘caveman’ but it’ll be a bit of fun and that’s what we’re all about!
I got doubles so I can hopefully ‘tuck’ where they are joined into the bit where the seat and back pivot and hang the excess over the headrest / dangle by the calves. Also at that size, taken out and placed side by side, they’ll make a very nice rug for those more intimate moments in secluded spots!

Hopefully they’ll be fine, i’ll Post some pics when they arrive.

I bought a dfs suite once and it was a pile of poo

I later discovered dfs stands for dodgy feckin sofas
