Ducato Head unit code error

Was trying to play some music in the van last night ( Elddis CV20) and nothing will work on the head unit , no media/radio/sat nav etc . Get a message “Code error , please wait”. I waited and nothing happens , switch off then on , long press and short press , no change. Any ideas on how to fix ? Will go back to dealership when home but would like to play some music whilst away.

Happens to me also. All I do is switch ignition on and radio will start then when you switch ignition off you should be able to switch on radio etc again.

Thanks Jim a few options there , turned ignition on and off and it worked ok tonight so far , at least got some music to go with the beers . Will have a trawl thro that post as seem to be a few options to try , thanks

Just flick the side lights on and off quickly, works on ours
