Hi, I have a 3 litre Fiat Ducato based A Class and today I had the lower rear engine mount replaced.
What a revelation.
Ride is so much smoother and it doesn’t crash and bang on the potholes anywhere near as much.
Van is a 2010 with 80k miles so I guess it was due for replacing.
My question is, how many other engine mounts are there and are they as sensitive to improving the ride.
The cost of the rear engine mount was £30 for the part plus an hours labour so if I can get more improvement for similar cost, it seems a no brainer.
Anyone with experience of this that can give feedback is very much appreciated.
