Hi Everyone.
I have a 2019 Swift 694 on a Ducato chassis with the usual water leak from the drain pipe in the engine compartment. Recently fixed the problem with black windscreen sealant and some heavy duty black waterproof tape.
I don't know why Fiat who must know this water leak causes a big problem has not come up with a better solution. SIMPLE. Make the hose pipe joint further down or make the hose one piece.
Also I have used some chicken wire moulded to fit the drain holes and inserted some copper wire wool. This stops any debri, leaves etc from going down the drain hole, yet lets the water run through. The wire is made to fit but is removable for cleaning.
