Ducato automatic gear lever

Hi, I have a 2004 Fiat Ducato Adria twin 2.8 Automatic (LHD import from Spain). I have a problem trying to find a replacement gear lever/selector unit.
If anyone has any suggestions of where to look I'd be very grateful.
