Ducato alarm sensor re-pairing?

I have a Laserline alarm fitted to my 2023 Fiat Ducato based MoHo. The battery went flat on one of the wireless garage door sensors which I replaced but the sensor still does not work even though the LED’s flash the same as the working wireless sensors. I have been told that the sensor needs re-pairing to the alarm system but neither the supplying dealer or Laserline will tell me how to re-pair. My dealer says return it to them and they will sort it but they are 300 miles away. Does anyone have info on how to re-pair the sensor please?
