Been struggling to find a source for a spare 18" Ducato wheel for my tag axle Dethleff.
Even the dealer is struggling and has an open question with Dethleff directly - apparently Dethleff only list the PN for a full set, and that's £2200.
The 16" Ducato spare wheels are dead easy to find, in both steel and alloy.

Ta,
That's probably because 16" is standard size on the 290 Ducato
(15" on the earlier X250).
Are you sure it's an 18" you need? 🤔

If it is just for a spare wheel, the 16" might be perfectly fine - remember that it's the overall size of the tyre that is important, not the wheel. Usually a larger wheel has a lower profile tyre and so the overall tyre size might be almost the same - e.g. the difference in size between a 225/65r18 tyre and a 225/75r16 tyre is just 0.78%.
This site will allow you to compare your current tyre size with the standard 16" size of 225/75 r16

Well, it is an 18" that's on there, and the dealer (Travel World) have confirmed that is what they were trying to source. Let me carry on searching.

This is really helpful, thanks. Let me research.

You could give
These
A call.
But I feel you will have 16 inch wheels fitted, 18 inch on a tag axle? Tyres will be quite low profile and the ride harsh.

18in ORC alloys are an option, but quite why you'd want them I've no idea!

It's as it came, I didn't order that config at the time, it was a dealer specified package and was like this when in stock.

I missed the obvious though, so have just emailed off to ORC directly. Let's see.

Turns out ORC don't ship to the UK since Brexit.

Doing much research and talking to some people,
This will fit my PCD 130 stud pattern, and be almost identical in overall diameter to the stock wheel/tyre. I understand it will be good enough for an emergency "space saver" type spare.

Make sure the bolts you're using for the alloys will fit the steel rim.

Yes, I know the bolts for steel rims are normally tapered. Will check with the dealer & supplier before hand though.

Just to close this thread. I ordered a 16" steel spare with Michelin tyre from The Wheel Shop. Same PCD 130 mounting holes as my alloys.
I did a wheel change last night as a test and the new wheel is a match in overall diameter, and fits perfectly using the allow wheel nuts (These support both steel and alloy rims on the Ducato so I've been told).
It was £350 compared to the best price quote from the dealer of £1000 ex vat for one alloy!!
Anyhow, only downside is finding space in the garage, but plan to strap it down with a board on top to allow other stuff to live on it.
