enough to know i shouldnt touch things i know nothing about ....
We already use an air fryer off grid, but it's a single and it would be easier if it were a dual tray model. Does anyone use one OFF GRID that they can recommend please? Ours was bought from Brownhills as a specific 'camping' model ( poss lower power consumption??). As we've stopped using the oven and now converts to the air fryer off grid, it makes sense to get a dual one if there's one suitable that someone uses and can recommend. Thanks

We have a single tower 1000w one we use, your limits are battery capacity and inverter capacity.

Thanks, but I'm m not sure you read my post properly, we already use a single compartment air fryer off grid ........ So am aware of the issues surrounding off grid use of 240v appliances. We also use a microwave oven, George Foreman grill, electric kettle and a table top pizza oven all off grid and often more than one of them in use at any one time, using a 304ah Fogstar lithium and a 3000w Renogy inverter.
We just spent 3 days off grid and used whichever 240v appliances we wanted, whenever we wanted and only went down to 47% of battery capacity. Solar obviously helped!

Think our (home) Ninja double draw spec says 2740w.
Thanks, the ones I'm finding on Amazon are all around 2400-2700w. I was hoping to find one closer to 2000w (or 1500w would be better) if anyone was using one or knew of one.

Wow! That is an impressive list of appliances. I can understand how easy it is with modern kit to install the necessary lithium battery capacity, solar input, high capacity B2B and a powerful inverter etc to use these off-grid, but I am wondering where you stow them all in your Adria?

I have recently been looking for a lower powered dual dual basket Air Fryer. Most are in rated in excess of 2,500 watts. The lowest rating I found was the

George HomeGHAFN111B3Q Dual Basket 9L

which is rated at 2000 watts. However, I thought it very bulky for the kitchen worktop in our Adria and also rather heavy to move around. Available from Asda.

I am assuming the wattage listed is when you are using both sides of the twin air fryer?
Hence the difficulty in finding a twin model under 2000w as each compartment will want at least 1000w?

This is a slightly smaller model than ours at home, but lists power/watts per drawer as follows:

1 cooking drawer: 1200W | 2 cooking drawers: 2400W

Just a thought but have you cnosidered just having 2 tower 1000W airfryers? They are quite small (we have one) and may actually not take any more space than a dual tray one.

I have an innsky air fryer oven, it's 1500 watts, it doesn't have baskets but has shelves instead so you can cook different things at the same time but obviously you may have to add foods at different times if one item cooks faster then others, it also has a rotisserie as well, I'm very happy with it.

Innsky 10L Air Fryer Oven with Rotisserie & Dehydrator, 【Patent & Safety Certs】10-in-1 Hot Air Fryers Toaster Oven Combo, Airfryer Countertop Oven, 6 Accessories, 32+ Recipes, CE Certified, 1500W https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0817CTLQ9?tag=mhf04-21

Thanks, it's one to consider. We wouldn't always use both compartments at once and not always on full power or for very long!

Add to our gadget list our induction hob lol!

Most of the appliances live in the lockers or under seats. We mainly cook outside (now I've added an external 240v socket) as the worktop space is limited and added this home built/desgned shelf to extend the worktop area, which makes a massive difference.

We put the microwave above the fridge and removed the TV bracket and the door to the cupboard. We use the microwave and oven to store things whilst travelling if necessary.

So if you said that initially I wouldn't if asked as obviously they are the limiting factor to what you can use or buy so from that any home appliance will be OK as you have 3kw inverter.

I did effectively, I said that I already used an air fryer off grid and asked a specific question, I understand why you posted your response but it was more of what you wanted to advise me as opposed to just simply answering the question I asked. Although it's a 3kw inverter it's the battery output that is important to consider, but thanks for your response.
