Hi, The other day I dropped the electric bed down, it got half way and stopped. I didn't have enough power in the habitation batteries. I started the engine, still didn't work. Connected the electrical hook up, still didn't work. When I press the hand control unit to raise or lower the bed I can hear a beeping coming from what looks like the control unit which has feeds to the electric motors. I have checked fuses all seem OK. I have disconnected the control unit and reconnected it, still nothing. I looked to see if there was a reset button but couldn't see anything.
Dose any one have any suggestions before I take it in to be repaired by a professional?
Oh, Its a Bavaria T74 2011 on a Fiat base. Don't think I can blame Fiat for this one.

Does it not have a manual winch point to get you out of trouble if so it might sort itself out if you can winch it back up to its rest point.

The one on our Benimar had a stop switch on the bottom of the bed to reference the stop point and a optical sensor to count the revolutions for the stop point, if you lost power then the bed may be throwing a wobbly because it does not know where it is.
Not sure what type you have but on ours there was a hidden membrane switch between the up and down arrows pushing this and the up button overrode the program settings

You may find a cable has jammed which is causing the beep sound in the motor to denote that sort of fault if you can manually raise or lower you may be able to check cables haven't jammed

We had the same problems with a Burstner , there was a reset procedure holding two buttons at once I think and the bed slowly rises to the top position.

Thanks, I will check that one out.

GREAT, Thank you very much everyone for all you comments. It works. I did try pushing both buttons at the same time before, but it looks like I didn't do it for long enough.
