Hope someone can advise me on this. My motorhome has had the above air suspension fitted to rear. I have no details on it, but looks like basic system that you pump up manually. I can access the two schrader valves to pump up but can't see how you change gauge over to see side to side readings, any ideas ?
What pressure should it run at I see the gauge red line at about 20 psi and the actual readings are lower. I'm assuming the red line is set by installers but don't know.
I could not see any instructions on line so any advice is appreciated

Yes tried them had to register but waiting for info
Thanks

Are you able to move the red needle , as it might well be that red is one side and black the other ? @GeoffChausson
If you can access the rear of the meter check for two pipes. I suspect @tacr2man is correct and each needle relates to a different side of the van.

Not tried inflating yet but that makes sense as manual system. Just need to find out what pressure should be used
Thanks
Yes just checked two pipes, I thought the red may have been a max pressure setting

If possible look under van and see how many airlines are going to the back. That may be a standard gauge and could be that only one is actually connected. MAYBE..

I have VB Comfort Semi Air on the rear of our ALKO chassis and the maximum pressure is 3.5bar (50psi) whilst crawling along or around 2bar (30psi) in normal use.

Sorry my mistake should have been 1 bar (y)(y)(y) at this age the old memory ain’t so good:);) could have ruptured all the air pipes had you used my advice.
Must remember Old adage put brain in gear before opening trap:rolleyes::rolleyes:

@tacr2man is correct. Got the same on our van. Each needle relates to one side of van. I run at 2.5 bar. which gives me good ride. Shouldn’t need to go above 3 bar and do not run the bags empty.
A bicycle pump does job well, as a compressor shoves too much air in too quickly.

Thanks do much for your help it is really appreciated. I've pumped mine up using bike pump and both now set at same pressure.
Tacr2man thanks for link , mine is a 250 but would assume not too far apart for weight
What a superb forum, help always available when you need it. :thanks4:
