We are at Valencia and looking to go inland to see córdoba as we’ve heard such good reports and then head towards Porto as never reached there before.

We’ve got almost six weeks before we need to be back in mid France so any suggestions for good places to see and stops?

Many thanks 😊

We found the DK Eyewitness guide to Spain very useful on our first trips and we still refer to it now. You can get the Kindle version for £7. It has maps showing the main attractions in each Spanish region. I'm not sure how easy the Kindle version will be to use but on a reasonably large tablet it should work.

There's a great area inland from Valencia, a region called Maestrazgo, that's worth a visit. We were there a few years ago. The small towns and villages are, almost unspoilt.

There is a road "The Silent Route" that's pretty good, if you're heading the way it goes 😄
