As there is no question mark, I assume you are going to enlighten us?

how to improve drain taps on motorhomes
(For grey water emptying presumably).
For easier access?
For speedier draining?
To connect a hose for emptying into a remote drain?

Autotrail f72 has the grey off to the side doesn't it with a nice big plastic turn switch to let it drain. Was fine in mine.

Is there a problem with yours ? Blocked maybe or are you talking from the sink to the tanks. They can be slow

Sorry there should have been a question mark how to install a drain tap that works well.
CAK tanks do a 40mm drain tap.
A 40mm pipe bulkhead for the tank and some pipe should do you.

I have to lay on the floor and hold the bracket because the tap is very stiff to turn

Silicone spray ?
And there are after market drain adapters may help lengthen it...have you had the van from new ? Maybe the outer part has been knocked off ?

Thank you i will look at that.
Our waste is 40mm dia with an electric valve operated by a switch on the dash. I fitted a service camera so I can drive over the dump point & dump without moving from my seat.
Good idea !!
