Looking for a recommendation please, for a suitable double sided tape to fix carpet edges down with.
I know there are many types out there and I would like to get some that leaves a readily removable residue behind when the carpet is removed.
The existing surface is a hard material similar to lino or hard in any case.
The carpet is a fairly open structure on the underside with bound edges.
Particularly in the current cold weather I can not get it flat enough to lay properly despite warming it up in the house and various flattening strategies.
Maybe any suitable double sided tape will do the job and stickly stuff remover will get the residue off?
TIA
