Hi does anybody know if there is any way to fix this pitting 2018 ducato based....?

As above, clean them up and fit stainless steel covers. Not too expensive either and I used those on my last van and they were still good as new when I sold it 5 years later

They look quite good and if you have other chrome accents on the van improves the look of the dull cab door. You can also get them to fit side sliding and rear doors on PVC's too. Makes them look less of a builder's van and more classy

Yes, and a dam sight better than yours look at the present.

I had then on a Nissan Navara that I had. They were on there when I bought it and they still looked like new when I sold it 8 years later.

Do these definitely fit 2018 ducato ...on ebay I have my motorhome in my list its says this does not fit your van...I have asked the seller to confirm they fit...still waiting...

I would not be so sure that what you have at present are not already covers as the Ducato door handles are normally just black plastic.
