Dometic skylight cover replacement (1 Viewer)

The perspex / plastic cover on our Dometic Seitz Midi-Heki skylight has cracked along the leading edge rendering one of the hinges u/s.
I have looked on-line for a replacement and discovered that although the original cover is no longer available, a superseded replacement is, but with a different hinge arrangement? I haven't been up on the roof to check the current hinge arrangement, but before I do, has anyone on here actually fitted one of these replacement covers to an older (ours is 2008) Dometic skylight?
I have looked on You Tube but cannot find any videos relevant to my quandary.

Is it possible to repair any crack with araldite plus possibly bonding an additional bit of reinforcing plastic at the hinge mounting points?

Not sure as I haven't been up on the roof to have a look at the extent of the damage. I have only viewed it from the inside so far, but it is a fairly extensive crack running along the front of the cover. It doesn't leak, but it won't lock shut either, so for the time being (well, the past 5 months!), it has been secured with a couple of zip ties.

If the skylight is the same size it will not matter where or how the hinges are, so long as you replace the whole thing.
