Hi Folks,

I have reposted my query here in the hope that more people see it.

I had some help around the start of this year with an apparent wiring fault, which I eventually traced to burned out connection within Block 1 of the EBL. With all the pulling and moving within the fridge enclosure one wire has dropped out of the terminal block mounted behind the fridge. I believe it could be a connection to the terminal marked with a key symbol on the Dometic drawing. Where am I likely to find the other end going to? I cannot go grovelling under my vehicle at the moment because of knee damage, otherwise I would make an effort to track it as far as possible. In my vehicle, the wire is coloured GREY, or it looks like it in the light I have here today. It doesn't help tracing things when, in two instances, there is a change of wire colour between the terminal block on the top of the fridge and the block at the rear.

Thanks,

John

From memory I think the key symbol is used to show the supply thats only on when the engine is running.
Hope that helps , we have same fridge and have the cct dgm.

So, Mike (Mike800966 ) and Geoff (GeoffnDee) I should go looking for the supply from the alternator D+ relay. Weather permitting, I'll have a look tomorrow and report back.

Thank you

John

I think you will find that the fridge relay using D+ is in your EBL and block 1 , pins 4 and 1 are the output feed to the fridge 12v heating element , going to the fridge connection points shown as A + B (key logo) on your diagram
