Dometic NRX 50C orange LED flashing

[MaidenVoyager2023!!]

Our fridge starts playing up after a few days of behaving normally. The orange LED starts flashing and our leisure battery gets completely drained.
We’ve tried resetting as per the manual’s suggest, and have contacted customer service but have yet got to receive an answer.

Anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it DIY style?

We had the same issue, albeit on a different Dometic fridge. Turning the 12v off and on didn't work because the solar panel was still sending a trickle of charge to the 12v system. So we had to trip the solar fuse as well as the 12v main switch, wait a minute, and then reset the solar fuse and turn the 12v main switch back on.
This worked on our particular van, obviously I can't say if your issue is the same......
