Can anyone tell me if you access the thermocouple from above or below as one burner won’t stay lit I think due to the thermocouple not being in the flame!
Ok so I solved this by myself but may be of use to someone else
To remove the hob prise the black rubber covers off the 4 screws, remove 4 x wood screws securing the hob to the work top.
You will then find out you have to remove the sink to uncouple the gas connection.
Again remove 4 rubber screw covers and remove the screws then unscrew the sink drainer machine screw and lift the sink out.
TURN THE GAS OFF AT THE BOTTLES.
Loosen the gas fitting and lift the hob out.
On closer inspection of the burners underneath the right hand burner wasn’t seated properly! On further investigation I removed the two small screws holding the burner cover and found a further two recessed screws in the burner, I unscrewed these and put them back in PROPERLY this time……problem solved!
The thermocouple now sits properly in the flame…..RESULT
