Dometic fridge/freezer repair. For future information.

My Dometic fridge was repaired today ( thanks to Weald of Kent caravan services). The problem had been that, although fridge and freezer were cooling and freezing as they should on ehu and gas, the gas jet didn't drop to just pilot light when the temperature in the fridge dropped to where it should be and the gas continued to burn ferociously. The part (see photo), the gas thermostat was to blame. Part cost £170 and Steve's labour ( bless him) £50. I've posted this in case it is of any help to any other Funsters.
