Thought I'd start a new thread on the faulty fridge in my Rapido 700FF. This was sold to me with the fridge 'dead'. I've not looked into it myself at the moment but will later today. I can confirm that there is no internal light on, no leds and doesn't start up on gas, 12V or 230V. I've been told there is power going in (not checked myself). Looking at the various threads out there, chances are it's the rear PCB. I have taken a photo of mine and will attach it. Really just looking at where to start. I have a multimeter and have used it in anger several times before. I really just want to identify the problem and then sort out if it's repairable. I know there are companies out there that repair PCB's and that seems more likely than sourcing a new rear PCB, if that is indeed the problem.

Any help gratefully received.

Sorry this should have been posted in the fridge and ovens board

There are two power sources to the fridge the high current one for running from 12v when driving and from the hab battery the latter depends on how it's wired and a low current feed normally fed by a 2 amp fuse that powers the control panel and the black module on the back of the ridge that does the gas ignition & power switching.
The black module as known for failing so too is the main control PCB. It's expensive swapping bits to find out, the module is over £200 & not repairable the electronics are potted, the panel is over £300 but repair is possible.

Little update, kind of. Progress is slow with fridge diagnosis. I'm a bot out of my depth but impossible to find anyone else to look at it for some time and even then, chances are they will say PCB board is faulty and unavailable.

I did contact Apuljack in case I need it repaired. They mentione dthat they have just added the PCB boards from these fridges to their capabilities. Thjey charge £69 per hour ex VAT and would expect it to take approx 2 hours. May take them a month to get it done.

What I really need to do I suppose is to determine that it's definitely this boards causing the issue.

I have also heard it mentioned that there might be an alternative board from something else that will do the job minus a few features.

At a loss at the moment. Anyone dealt with this PCB before?

Just to be clear it doesn't work from engine running, 230V or gas. No led lights, no internal light. Fuse, that I found, is ok. Maybe there's another.

As a start is it worth disconnecting the connectors and cleaning the pins / spades etc, reconnect and try again.?
