Our 2012 Motorhome Domestic fridge, gas ignition button is not pushing in to enable the gas ignition, any suggestions pls, as very remote on the Isle of Mull ?

You can try to light the gas burner from behind the grill just to get you up and running

If it is (or should be!) a clicky button then replacement is the only option. It's called a peizo igniter.

Could you please supply a photo of the ignition so that it can be identified?

I think you will find when pushing the button in it is supposed to turn the gas valve on then the igniter clicks this lets the gas flow, then heat from the flame works the thermocouple. So if the button won’t go into gas will not flow. Try twisting the button left or right gently to see if it frees sometimes the valve that opens the gas sticks.
