Dogs on holiday

Hi all has anyone recently taken a dog France Spain Portugal and back vet is doing some paperwork but it has to be in French. £260.00 ops can you shed any light on the subject please .yup.

Yes- I took my two to France. We had to get an EHC which cost £220 for the pair. Whilst in France I got French passports for them. You have to get them wormed before you return and get the vet to stamp/ sign the EHC.

I returned using AHC, but when I go back in December I will be using the passport

Paid £149 for 2 AHC then when we came back a few weeks ago stopped in Belgium the vet did an MOT on the pups and gave them Belgium pet passports and a worming tablet for €145 the both.

Similar story to others. We took our dog to France in September. We got the AHC before going but got a French pet passport for the dog whilst away. This lasts three years but the Rabies booster needs to be done in the EU. Not a problem for us because we visit our son every year and use his vet if we need one.
