Hi all
We always take our Labradoodle Sam with us when we tour in Europe. This year for the first time we want to spend a few days in Austria. I’m sure I have read somewhere that to take Sam on public transport over there he has to be have a muzzle on. Can anyone confirm
Thanks in advance
Andy

I am certain that a dog must be muzzled on public transport in Austria. I am not sure about public places .

It’s gone!!😢

4 years….
We did 2 bus journeys with our 2 rabid Jack Russells and were not asked to muzzle them.
We do always have some materiel muzzles in the bag but have been all over Europe on buses, trains and boats without having to put them on.
Might be a different story if someone has a large dog though🤔🤔

The worst country for dogs is Spain in my opinion, we went in December and January and our small dog was not allowed anywhere, including public transport
