We've got a switch on the dash of our A-class that runs a blower fan to help clear the windscreen. The vents on the donor Ducato dashboard don't work for a windscreen that's now 50cm away!

Engine preheater. Use in low temps to preheat engine before starting uses the alde heating system via heat exchanger, which must be on.

Do not use when engine running.

Thanks for your replies. Engine preheater? I did read something about that in the manual, but without a picture of the button. As it's on the side where she-who's-feet-get-everywhere sits, I think I'll tape it in the off position.
